My name is Claire Goldstein. I came to Australia from the UK some years ago and lived in Brisbane and am now happily settled in Sydney with my family.

 

I was a director/teacher of a community kindergarten before becoming a marriage celebrant. While I loved teaching, I now enjoy my other passion – working with couples and families to craft with them a unique occasion for one of the most important days of their lives. I am creative, enthusiastic and most importantly I listen to what my clients want, and help them to build a ceremony that reflects them, their personalities, values, beliefs, cultural heritages and traditions.

 

I will make the process of creating the perfect ceremony easy by giving you examples of texts, readings and vows to choose from, but I am equally delighted for you to choose your own special words. I am calm and professional, and will ensure that your day will run smoothly regardless of what happens! I make sure that all the legal requirements and details are dealt with efficiently and professionally, leaving you to enjoy every second of your special day. I will embrace the essence of your wedding ceremony, be it big or small, informal or formal, at the beach, in your garden, in a wedding chapel or wedding reception centre.

 

To fit in with your busy life, I am happy to speak on the phone or correspond via email as well as meet in person, whatever suits you.

  • Initial interview

  • Unlimited communication via phone, email or in person

  • A wide selection of texts, vows and readings to choose from

  • A rehearsal

  • PA system to ensure your ceremony is audible for all your guests which can also play music of your choice (I can also suggest a selection of music for you)

  • Signing table and chairs if necessary

  • Provide all legal documentation and explain each process

  • Lodgment of all documentation with the Registry of Birth, Deaths and Marriages

  • A personalised copy of your ceremony​

Whether you choose a location in Sydney and its surrounding areas (Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Blue Mountains, Wollongong) or somewhere extra special to you, I am happy to travel. Beach, forest, park or chapel, I will adapt my style to complement your theme!
